Shipping Policy – Mandymade
At Mandymade, we ship across India for all products except fresh, perishable items (such as our Gourmet Boxes), which are available only for pick-up within the Delhi–NCR region.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are charged at actuals, based on the logistics partner handling your order. We do not levy any additional delivery charges. While we always aim to use the most reliable and cost-efficient service, Mandymade reserves the right to choose the delivery partner at its discretion.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently do not offer COD on any orders.
Delivery Timelines
For non-perishable products:
- Once your payment is received, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day.
- In exceptional cases, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
You will receive a WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.
Typical delivery timelines:
- Delhi–NCR: 1–2 days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Please note: Delays due to the logistics provider are beyond Mandymade’s control.
Fresh & Perishable Goods (Gourmet Boxes)
These items require 24 hours’ advance notice so they can be prepared fresh.
After placing your order, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your designated pick-up time.
