Return & Refund Policy
At Mandymade, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all labels intact and in its original packaging. Please keep your invoice or proof of purchase handy.
To initiate a return, write to us at feedback@mandymade.in. Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return instructions and shipping details. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We take great care in preparing and packing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately on delivery, so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Fresh, perishable products (such as Gourmet Boxes), unless they arrive damaged or spoiled and are reported immediately upon receipt.
- Custom or personalised orders.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’d like a replacement, the simplest way is to complete a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a fresh order for the product you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll update you on the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.
