Mandymade began in Mandakini’s kitchen, where passion met purpose. Growing up with a chef-like mother and access to every ingredient — thanks to her father’s Modern Bazaar — Mandakini started cooking at just ten. Years later, when her health-conscious family longed for clean yet flavourful food, she found her calling.
With the support of her brother, Mandakini launched Mandymade at Modern Bazaar and has since expanded to reach every kitchen through her D2C website. Her mission was simple — to create food, starting with sauces, dressings, and condiments made from real, all-natural ingredients, free from artificial preservatives and additives. Using innovative natural preservation and small-batch bottling techniques, she ensures every jar is both wholesome and delicious.
After the success of her bottled range, Mandakini identified another gap — healthy entertaining. From this came the Mandymade Gourmet Boxes, offering handcrafted cream cheese balls, fresh dips, falafel, and kebabs — all made with the same philosophy of health, taste, and beauty.
At Mandymade, we believe good food should nourish both body and soul. Whether it’s a quick weekday meal or a weekend platter, we bring you food made with love, honesty, and flavour.
Our dream? To be a staple in every home.
“Mandymade was never just about food — it was about joy, purpose, and people. I wanted to create clean, delicious food that makes you feel good, while also empowering women through meaningful work. Our women-only kitchen truly puts love into everything we make. And while I may be the face of Mandymade, I stand on strong shoulders — my brother Kunaal, whose experience and legacy in the food world have guided me from day one, and my husband Roopak, whose vision and creative force have quietly built this dream from behind the scenes, letting me shine and do what I love.”
